Born in Belleville, Illinois on January 21, 1981, she was the daughter of Paul L. Slinkard, Sr. and Lori S., nee Frailey, Woodside.

She was a cashier and assistant manager at Dollar General.

Preceding her in death were a brother, Paul E. Slinkard; her paternal grandparents, Donald and Mabel Slinkard; her maternal grandfather, Abner Frailey and her uncle, Donald Range.

Surviving are her father, Paul L. Slinkard, Sr. of Millstadt, Illinois; her mother, Lori S. Woodside of Bunker Hill, Illinois; her daughter, Haley Susanne McDonald of Millstadt, Illinois; her brothers and sisters, Trenton McDonald of Belleville, Illinois, Jennifer Boismenue of St. Louis, Missouri, Ashly Boismenue of St. Charles, Missouri, Sunny Kirckpatrick of New Athens, Illinois, Casie Lee Slinkard of Leander, Texas and Wolfgang Riley Slinkard of Millstadt, Illinois; her maternal grandmother, Wanda Frailey of Millstadt, Illinois; her aunts, Darlene Range of Millstadt, Illinois and Reena Rapp of Valmeyer, Illinois; her uncles, Cletus Range of Indianapolis, Indiana and Abner Clifton Frailey III of Red Bud, Illinois; her niece, Alivia Rose McDonald; her nephew, Trenton Douglas McDonald, Jr., cousins and many friends.

Friends may call on Friday, February 11, 2011 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the family.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, February 11, 2011 at 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home. All other services will be private.
