Stanley Paul Kostelac

Stanley Paul Kostelac of Millstadt, IL, passed away Tuesday March 21, 2023 at the age of 89.

Beloved son of the late John and Manda Kostelac, nee Tomic. Stanley was also proceed in death by

his siblings Nick Kostelac, Mary Kostelac Mydlo, Mike H Kostelac, John Kostelac, Joseph

Kostelac, Frank Kostelac, Rose Mary Kostelac Schafer, Steven Kostelac, and Daniel Kostelac.

Born in Blue Springs, MO on August 6th of 1933, Stanley lived a wonderful life with his parents,

and 10 siblings, nieces, and nephews. He was an avid gardener and chicken farmer. Stanley

had a contagious smile, caring personality and a heart of gold, who never met a stranger. In his

spare time he enjoyed playing the stock market, watching television game shows, and watching

the trucks come and go at Ace Grease Services, Mack trucks being his favorite.

Stanley will be greatly missed by his Great Nephew, Michael and Libbi Kostelac, their children

Max, Cade and Mia, his friends Delby Burns, Steve “Ralph” Schaefer, Marc Boyer and his

Caregiver Aimee Voss. Stanley was dearly loved by his Ace Grease Family and will be greatly

missed by all who knew him.
