Stacy Lyle Stevens of Cahokia, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at his home having attained the age of 47 years, 11 months and 19 days.

Born in Florida on February 17, 1965, he was the son of Lyle Stevens.

Mr. Stevens was a constructions laborer.

Preceding him in death were his father and a brother, Stephen 'Scott' Stevens.

Surviving are his children, Amber Kimball of Cahokia, Illinois, Chance Stevens of Sparta, Illinois and Terry Stevens; his brother, Tracy (Lori) Stevens of Staunton, Illinois; his sister, Jennifer (Donald) Goforth of Cahokia, Illinois; his grandchildren, Mandonn Armstrong and Adrianna Johnson, both of Cahokia, Illinois; nieces, nephews, cousins, many friends and his best friend, Raymond Leslie of Cahokia, Illinois.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, February 17, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. at She N I Bar in Cahokia, Illinois. All other services will be private.

The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
