Shirley A. Rich

Shirley A. Rich (nee Weber), 94, of Litchfield, IL, formerly of Alton and Godfrey, IL, passed away peacefully on Friday February 14, 2025, in Litchfield, IL. Shirley was born on January 1, 1931, in Alton, IL to Ernest and Loretta (Roach) Weber. Her parents precede her in death as well as her beloved husband, Russell F. Rich, her sisters: Betty MacIntyre and Marilyn “Lindy” Kelly and her brothers-in-law: Robert MacIntyre and Victor Kelly.

Shirley appreciated many forms of art and was an avid reader. In her spare time, she enjoyed exploring old homes, antiquing, and admiring architecture. In her earlier years, she enjoyed traveling with her husband, Russell. Shirley will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved her.

Left to cherish her memory are her children: Karen Marie Davis and husband, Kevin Davis, Mary Ann Rich, and her niece, Sue MacIntyre.
