Sandra Lee (Antwine) Hortiz



Sandra Lee (Antwine) Hortiz of Fenton, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital at the age of 62 years.

Born May 10, 1946 in Port Smith, New Hampshire, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Louise (Birch) Marshal. She married Alvery Louis Hortiz, Jr. on June 6, 1969 and he survives her passing.
Preceding her in death besides her parents were two sons, Frank Edmond Antwine and Christopher Hortiz.
Left to mourn her passing besides her husband are four sons, Allen 'Kenneth' (Theresa) Antwine of Peoria, Illinois, Alvery Hortiz III of Jefferson City, Missouri, Marshal Hortiz of Fenton, Missouri and Jimmy (Shelley) Hortiz of Texas; one daughter, Penney (Brent) Walker of House Springs, Missouri; three sisters, Rose Marie (Ronnie) Frigm, Shirley (Michael) Martin and Penney Jane (Chet) Parker of North Carolina; one brother, Allen (Julie) Marshal of North Carolina; her mother-in-law, Louise Hortiz, ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Southern Funeral Home, 6322 South Grand Boulevard with Rev. Ray Redlich officiating. Burial will follow in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery.

Friends may call on Tuesday, August 5, 2008 from 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. and Wednesday, August 6, 2008 from 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.m. at the Southern Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the family.
