Ronald Joseph Schmiskie

Ronald Joseph Schmiskie of Dupo, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 at his home, having attained the age of 67 years, 5 months and 22 days.

Born in Highland, Illinois on September 20, 1951, he was the son of John and Arleen Schmiskie, nee Faitz.

Ronald was a groundskeeper on a golf course.

Preceding him in death were his parents.

Surviving are his sisters, Nyla (Roger) Rednour of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois, Judith Zellers of Oviedo, Florida and Paula Honey of Carbondale, Illinois; his niece, Angela (Derek) Langley of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois; his nephews, Kevin (Aleshia) Rednour of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois, Ben Golshahr of Las Vegas, Nevada and Cyrus Golshahr of Carbondale, Illinoiis and many friends.

A memorial service will be held on Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Dupo American Legion Home, Dupo, Illinois.

The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
