Roger A. Mueller

Roger Arnold Mueller, 82 of Red Bud, Illinois passed away peacefully on Sunday July 12, 2020 in Mascoutah, Illinois. Born on October 4, 1937 in Belleville, Illinois, he was the son of Fred and Meta Mueller, nee Hesterberg and they precede him in death. Roger was also preceded in death by his sister, Nancy Moffatt.

Left to cherish his memory is his former wife, Jeanne Mueller of Waterloo, Illinois, his son, Jeff (Kim) Mueller of Arnold, Missouri, his daughter, Nicole Mueller of Neosho, Missouri and his grandchildren, Aaron and Ainsley Mueller of Waterloo, Illinois.

Roger worked for many years in banking with Mercantile Bank and later worked as a coal miner. In his spare time he loved to read, especially murder mysteries and thrillers. He was a big fan of both the St. Louis Cardinals and the St. Louis Blues. Roger loved animals, especially his dogs. He will be remembered lovingly by his friends and family, whose special times together meant the world to him.

Per his wishes, his body was cremated and services are not planned at this time.
