Rodney C. Rodgers of Granite City, Illinois passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, Illinois, having reached the age of 38 years, 9 months and 9 days.
Born in Centreville, Illinois on February 3, 1978, he was the son of Rodney Moore and Cindy Rodgers.
Preceding him in death was his father, Rodney Moore.
Surviving are his mother, Cindy Rodgers of Venice, Illinois; his friend, Amelia Vasquez of Granite City, Illinois; his children, Brittney Rodgers, Rodney Rodgers, Theresa Rodgers, all of Collinsville, Illinois and Nicole Rodgers of St. Louis, Missouri; his brothers and sisters, Kalando Rodgers of Collinsville, Illinois, Patricia Rodgers, Rodnatta Rodgers, both of Granite City, Illinois and Dominick Rodgers of Venice, Illinois; his grandchildren, Adrian Rodgers, Vanessa Rodgers and Isaiah Rodgers, all of Collinsville, Illinois, nieces, nephews and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
