Paul S. Taylor of Millstadt, Illinois entered eternal rest on Sunday, August 5, 2012 at St. Elizabeths Hospital in Belleville, Illinois having attained the age of 50 years, 11 months and 19 days.

Born in Albany, Georgia on August 16, 1961, he was the son of Gerald Scott and Dolores Taylor, nee Anderson. He was united in marriage to Patty Reinhardt on April 8, 1989 at St. James Catholic Church in Millstadt, Illinois and to this union one daughter, Lydia Taylor, was born.

Mr. Taylor was an engineer with the United States Department of Defense and a member of St. James Catholic Church in Millstadt, Illinois.

Preceding him in death were his sister, Susan Lomaster; his father-in-law, Virgil Reinhardt and a nephew, Anthony Cantelmi.

Surviving are his wife, Patty Taylor of Millstadt, Illinois; his daughter, Lydia Taylor of Millstadt, Illinois; his parents, Gerald and Dolores Taylor of Boyington Beach, Florida; his sisters, Jeannie Taylor of Boyington Beach, Florida and Angela (James) Muzik of Griffin, Georgia; his brother, Mark Taylor of St. Louis, Missouri; his mother-in-law, Ruth Reinhardt of Millstadt, Illinois and his nephews, Benjamin Lomaster, Rafael Quezada, Jr., Taylor Muzik and Spencer Muzik and many friends.
Friends may call on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at the Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the Belleville Humane Society or the American Cancer Society and will be received at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2012 at 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Monsignor Marvin Volk officiating. All other services will be private.
