Pandore Pollo of St. Louis, Missouri passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 at St. Anthonys Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri, having attained the age of 88 years, 10 months and 10 days.
Born in Ogren, Albania on December 28, 1928, she was the daughter of Ilia and Pandore Prifti, nee Vasiligi. She was united in marriage to Sotir Pollo in July, 1948 in Albania and he preceded her in death on December 19, 1990.
Mrs. Pollo was a teacher in the primary grades and a member of the Christian Orthodox faith.
Preceding her in death were her parents, her husband, Sotir Pollo and her daughter, Ana Ilia.
Surviving are her children, Vladimar Pollo, Lindita Pollo, Luljeta (Dhimitri) Jance and Bardhy (Stavrulla) Pollo, all of St. Louis, Missouri, her sister, Martha (DhimitriO Qirici of St. Louis, Missouri, 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call on Saturday, November 11, 2017 from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. at the Chulick Funeral Home, 5611 South Grand Boulevard, St. Louis, Missouri.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home. Interment will follow in St. Matthews Cemetery in St. Louis, Missouri.
