Nancy Ellen Ericson

Nancy Ellen Ericson of Columbia, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at Reflections of Garden Place in Columbia Illinois, having attained the age of 88 years, 1 month and 25 days.

Born in Denison, Iowa on March 6, 1930, she was the daughter of Charles Robert and Ruth Bray, nee Sater. She was united in marriage to Melvin Ericson in 1950 in Denison, Iowa and he survives her passing.

Nancy was a primary education teacher and a member of Unity Church of Lenexa, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings.

Surviving are her children, Steve (Carol) Ericson of Columbia, Illinois and Susan Horn of Boise, Idaho; her grandchildren, Berit Ericson of Springfield, Illinois, Ian Ericson of Columbia, Illinois, Zac Horn of Portland, Oregon, Scott Horn of Kansas City, Missouri, Rachel Horn of Boise, Idaho, Jake Horn of Portland, Oregon and March Colafranceschi of Boise, Idaho; two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

All services will be private.

The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
