Judy Marie Cleveland of Cahokia, Illinois passed away on Friday, March 21, 2014 at Four Fountains Nursing Home in Belleville, Illinois having reached the age of 53 years, 4 months and 17 days.
Born in Galesburg, Illinois on November 4, 1960, she was the daughter of Billy and Janet Phillips, nee Faye. She was united in marriage to John Cleveland on June 3, 1982 in Foster Pond, Illinois and he survives her passing.

Preceding her in death were her father, Billy Phillips and her brother, Joe Fisher.

Surviving are her husband, John Cleveland of Cahokia, Illinois; her mother, Janet Phillips; her children, John Ray Cleveland of West Frankfort, Illinois and Pamela Sue Brown; her brother, Aaron Phillips of St. Louis, Missouri; her sisters, Bobbie Jean Phillips of St. Petersburg, Florida, Sherry Dailey of Indianapolis, Indiana and Lisa Paulgrove of Galesburg, Illinois and her biological mother, Ethel Mertz.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, March 26, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Bethel Fellowship Church in Dupo, Illinois with Rev. James Harget, Jr. officiating. All other services will be private.

The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is assisting the family.
