Joseph Byron Joey Kish

Joseph Byron "Joey" Kish of Freeburg, Illinois passed away on Wednesday, November 7, 2018 at his home, having attained the age of 59 years, 9 months and 1 day.

Born in East St. Louis, Illinois, he was the son of Joseph R. and Margaret "Margie" Kish, nee Bodendieck.

Joey was a veteran of the United States Navy, a truck driver in local hauling and a member of The Sanctuary Church in Freeburg, Illinois.

Preceding him in death were his father and his sister, Connie Jean Kish.

Surviving are his mother, Margaret "Margie" Kish of Freeburg, Illinois; his children, John Kish, Joseph "Joey" (Kristi) Kish, both of Belleville, Illinois, Travis Kish of Freeburg, Illinois, Tabitha Kish of Tamaroa, Illinois, Tanner Kish of St. Louis, Missouri, David Kish of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois, Michael Kuhn of St. Louis, Missouri and Amanda Kreher of Millstadt, Illinois; his sisters, Debra (Daniel Barndrook) Kish, Kathy (Douglas) Siebecker, Margie (Jerry) Townley, all of Freeburg, Illinois; his brother, Scott (Laura) Kish of Freeburg, Illinois; his grandchildren, Julian Kish, Jamieson Kish, Joseph Kish, Jaylynn Kish, all of Belleville, Illinois and Makayla Kuhn of St. Louis, Missouri, nieces, nephews and many friends.

Friends may call on Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. at the Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 4:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Scott Kish officiating.
