Joan Ann Sadorf

Joan Ann Sadorf of Millstadt, Illinois, formerly of Belleville, Illinois entered eternal rest on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at Columbia Rehab and Nursing Center in Columbia, Illinois having attained the age of 77 years, 2 months and 22 days.

Born in Belleville, Illinois on March 10, 1935, she was the daughter of Mathew and Norma, nee Meyer, Sadorf.

Joan was a map designer and cartographer for over 30 years, a member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church in Belleville, Illinois, the Audubon Society, a Cahokia Mounds volunteer and a member of Delta Theta Tau Sorority.

Preceding her in death were her parents and a sister, Yvonne (Donald) Graf.
Surviving are her nieces and nephews, Steve (Cathy) Graf, David (Merry) Graf, both of Millstadt, Illinois, Melissa (Dave) Vuksanovic of Fountain Hills, Arizona and Pamela Graf of Mesa, Arizona and two great-nephews, Matthew Graf and Andy Graf.

Friends may call on Thursday, June 7, 2012 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon at the Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois. Memorials may be made to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation or Heartland Hospice and will be received at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at 12:00 noon at the funeral home with Rev. Craig Frazier officiating. Interment will follow in Green Mount Cemetery in Belleville, Illinois.
