Janet Elaine Brinker of Belleville, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 in Columbia, Illinois having attained the age of 63 years, 5 months and 4 days.

Born in Musphysboro, Illinois on March 20, 1952, she was the daughter of Benjamin and Hattie Louise Marfio, nee Weston.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Surviving are her daughter, Stephanie Griffith of Belleville, Illinois; her sisters and brother, Susan Murfio of Belleville, Illinois, Tina (Ken) Valentine of Columbia, Illinois, Sharon (Rick) Ries of OFallon, Missouri and Bobby (Tami) Holder of St. Louis, Missouri; her grandson, Robert Hammond of Belleville, Illinois; her nieces and nephews, Natalie Ries, Riley Ries, both of OFallon, Missouri, Ted Valentine, Ben Valentine, both of Columbia, Illinois and Maxwell Holder of St. Louis, Missouri and many friends.

All services will be private.

The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
