Irma E. Popovsky of Webster Groves, Missouri entered eternal rest on Wednesday, August 21, 2013 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri having attained the age of 86 years and 5 months.
Born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 21, 1927, she was the daughter of Vasiliof and Margaret Amoratis, nee Streiff. She was united in marriage to John Popovsky in St. Louis, Missouri on July 19, 1958 and he survives her passing.
Mrs. Popovsky was a structural engineer in the design business.

Preceding her in death besides her parents were two sons, Kurt J. Popovsky and John William Popovsky.
Suriviving are her husband, John Popovsky of Webster Groves, Missouri; her children, Carl (Kathleen) Popovsky of Chicago, Illinois and Mary Popovsky of Webster Groves, Missouri; two grandchildren, Liam Popovsky and Owen Popovsky, both of Chicago, Illinois and many friends.

Private interment will be on Friday, August 23, 2013 at the Highland City Cemetery in Highland, Illinois.
The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
