Helen Irene Miller

Helen Irene Miller, nee Marquardt, age 66 of Cahokia, IL, passed away in her home on Sunday, May 15, 2022. Helen was born in Chicago, IL on May 18, 1955 to Richard and Irene, nee Sabol, Marquardt. She is preceded in death by her sisters, Phyllis Owens, Linda Marquardt and Debbie Kemper. Helen worked as a housekeeper and later as a sales associate for Sam’s Club. She enjoyed spending time with her family and watching television, her favorite thing to watch was Gone with the Wind, but she loved her family more than anything—she was the glue that held everyone together. Left to cherish Helen’s memory are her husband of forty years, Eugene Miller, her daughter, Julia Reed, nee Miller, and her son-in-law, Kristian Reed.

Per her wishes, Helen will be cremated. Hoffen Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
