Harriet Neville 'Mimi' Limper

Harriet Neville 'Mimi' Limper of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, formerly of Millstadt, Illinois, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2010 at her home surrounded by her family.

Born on November 28, 1924 in Pinckneyville, Illinois, she was the daughter of Harry C. and Florence (Devere) Neville. She married Arthur F. Limper and he preceded her in death.

Mrs. Limper graduated from the University of Illinois with a Bachelors Degree in Chemistry and had retired from Ethyl Corporation as a technical writer. She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution and the Ex Libris Book Club, was a avid reader, loved to sew, work crossword puzzles and was an adventurer at heart traveling by the road less traveled.

Preceding her in death besides her parents and her husband, Arthur, were her brother, Howard Neville and her sister, Genevieve Saupe.

Surviving are her children, Arthur F. (Terri) Limper, Jr. and Anne Limper Burke; her son-in-law, Stephen Burke; her sister, Charlotte Crowe; her brother, Donald Neville; her grandchildren, Travis Limper, Laure Limper, Megan Pettit, Brandee Hart, Ryan Burke, Mackenzie Burke and Caitlin Burke and her great-grandchildren, Forrest Moore, Trey Simms, Zeke Limper and Arabella Limper.

Friends may call at the Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 noon.
Graveside services will be immediately following at Mt. Evergreen Cemetery in Millstadt, Illinois.
