Geoffrey Anthony Schoen of St. Louis passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2008 at the age of 39 years. Born in St. Louis on October 27,1968, he was the son of Gerald and Ruth Elaine Schoen.

Mr. Schoen was a handyman and was preceded in death by his father and a sister, Kelly Schoen Rude.
Survivors include his mother, four brothers, Gerald Schoen of St. Louis, Theodore 'Ted' Schoen of Arnold, Missouri, Edward 'Ed' Schoen of California and Scott Andrew Schoen of St. Louis; nieces and nephews, Steven Michael Tyra, Heather Lynn Schoen, Kelsey Laine Schoen, Haley Marie Schoen, Kelly Marie Tyra and Sadie Tyra.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 28, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Southern Funeral Home, 6322 South Grand Boulevard. Interment will be in Lake Charles Memorial Park Cemetery.

Friends may call on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 from 4:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Memorials may be made to the family.
