Elizabeth Ann Haynes

Elizabeth Ann Haynes, 72, of Belleville, IL, passed away on Thursday June 8, 2023, surrounded by her loving family. Elizabeth was born on December 2, 1950, in East St. Louis, IL to Arthur and Eva Joyce Foster, nee McCausland, and they precede her in death. She was also preceded in death by her brother Art Foster and her sister Brenda Whitehead.

Elizabeth loved to cook for her family. In her spare time, she enjoyed feeding and watching hummingbirds, fishing, gardening and camping. She will be remembered as a loving mother, sister, grandmother and great-grandmother.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters Carol Haynes and Paula Haynes; her sister Carol Foster and her brother John (Marcia) Foster; her grandsons Tony Hegel and Joseph (Jenna) Haynes and her great-granddaughter Natalye Hegel, in addition to extended family and beloved friends.

The family is planning a memorial service, details are forthcoming.
