Edna C. Stoff

Edna C. Stoff of St. Louis passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at The Charless Home having attained the age of 98 years, 10 months and 20 days.

Born in Edwardsville, Illinois on December 15, 1909, she was the daughter of John F. and Clementine (Halley) Schneider. She married Oliver Stoff on November 28, 1930 and he preceded her in death on December 12, 1987.

Mrs. Stoff was a homemaker and a member of the Carondelet Presbyterian Quilters.

Preceding her in death besides her parents and husband was a daughter, Gloria Dale and two sisters, Margaret Schneider and Myrtle Schneider.

Survivors include her three grandchildren, Susan (Lee) Wilburn of Oklahoma, Kenneth (Cathy) Dale of Barnhart, Missouri and Brian (Shannon) Dale of Oakville, Missouri; nine great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will held on Monday, November 10, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at Southern Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at Mt. Hope Cemetery in St. Louis.

Friends may call on Sunday, November 9, 2008 from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. at Southern Funeral Home.
