Donna L. Young Kendrick

Donna L. Kendrick, nee Young, 68 of Belleville, Illinois passed away peacefully on Tuesday July 2, 2019 at Four Fountains Care Center in Belleville, Illinois. Donna was born in Barnstable, Massachusetts on January 15, 1951 to Donald and Mary Young, nee Eldridge. Donna married her husband John K. Kendrick in Massachusetts in 1982 and he precedes her in death. She was also preceded in death by her parents and her siblings; brother Robert Young and sister Sandra Lieneke.



Donna spent her working years as a professional cake decorator and achieved the highest levels of success with her stunning cake designs.



Donna is survived by her children: daughters Cynthia Taylor of New Baden and Billie Jo Kendrick of Cape Cod, Massachusetts and son Douglas Kendrick also of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild, many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.



In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation.
