Diana Sue Geuss



Diana Sue Geuss of Worden, passed away on Sunday, June 1, 2008 at the Edwardsville Nursing Home at the age of 48 years.

Born on April 5, 1960 in Staunton, she was the daughter of Harry W. and Rose (Wilkening) Olive. She married Joseph Geuss on March 24, 1994 at Immanuel United Church of Christ, Hamel, Illinois.

Mrs. Geuss was a Junior High School teacher with the River View Gardens School District and a member of Immanuel United Church of Christ in Hamel.

Left to mourn her passing are her parents, Harry W. and Rose Olive, her husband, Joseph Geuss of Worden, two sons, Russell L. Woelfel of Miamisburg, Ohio and Alexander T. Geuss of Worden; one brother, Kevin Olive of North Carolina and two sisters, Deborah Olive of North Carolina and Ruth (Steven) Gevers of Hamel.
A gathering of friends will be held on Thursday, June 5, 2008 from 10:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon at Immanuel United Church of Christ in Hamel. A memorial service will follow at 12:00 noon with Rev. Sheryl Cross officiating.

Memorials may be made to St. Judes Hospital
