Daniel Alan Freeman Sr. of Cahokia entered eternal rest on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at his home and surrounded by his family. Daniel had attained the age of 51 years, 1 month and 28 days.

Born in St. Louis, Missouri on March 18, 1961, he was the son of Richard Freeman Sr. and the late Patricia Freeman, nee Thrower.

Mr. Freeman was a member of the Lutheran faith, and was a truck driver by profession..

Preceding him in death besides his mother, were two brothers, Mark Freeman and Lee Freeman.Left to mourn his passing beside his father are his children, Daniel Freeman Jr. of Millstadt, Illinois, Nathan Freeman, of Millstadt, Illinois, Christina Johnson, of Collinsville, Illinois, Andrew Freeman of Cahokia, Illinois, and Ava Freeman, of Cahokia, Illinois; two brothers, Richard (Linda) Freeman, of Cahokia, Illinois, and Bruce (Shannon) Freeman, of Dupo, Illinois,; a sister, Karrie (Fred) Brayfield, of Cahokia, Illinois; one grandchild, Ava Freeman, many nieces, nephews and friends.
Memorials are asked to be given to the family and will be accepted at the funeral home.

Friends may call on Thursday, May 31, 2012 from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, May 31, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Rev. Robert Irvin officiating.
