Christine Marie Torres of Belleville, Illinois passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2013 at the Red Bud Nursing Home in Red Bud, Illinois having attained the age of 56 years, 10 months and 9 days.Born in East St. Louis, Illinois on September 27, 1956, she was the daughter of Melvin and Jacqueline Carnahan, nee Kistler.

Preceding her in death were her father, Melvin Carnahan and two brother, William Carnahan and John Carnahan.
Surviving are her mother, Jacqueline (William) Hagarty of Belleville, Illinois; her children, Stephanie Katheryn Morton of Belleville, Illinois and William Christian Torres of Festus, Missouri; her brother, Charles Carnahan of Fairview Heights, Illinois; her grandchildren, Mariah Morton, Serena Morton, J. D. Morton and Christopher Torres, nieces, nephews, cousins; her best friend, Judy Chandler of Denver, Colorado and many other friends.

All services will be private.
The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
