Becky Elaine Upchurch of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri having attained the age of 67 years, 9 months and 10 days.
Born in Carrollton, Illinois on August 16, 1948, she was the daughter of Adrian Lee and Esther Margaret Dyer, nee Burridge. She was united in marriage to Gary Upchurch in Ellis Grove, Illinois on June 14, 1992 and he survives her passing.
Mrs. Upchurch was employed at the Prairie du Rocher Police Department and a security guard at the Kaskaskia Lock and dam and of the Baptist faith.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her brother, Nyle Dyer and her brother-in-law, Donald Dean Upchurch; her sister-in-law, Marian 'Peggy' Steinley.
Surviving are husband, Gary Upchurch of Prairie du Rocher, Illinois; her children, Lee Ann (Justin) Pim of Port Ritchie, Florida, Kelly Jo (Guy) Briley of Hecker, Illinois, Gary Lee (Becca) Upchurch, Jr. of Ashland, Illinois and Sheree Rae (Matt) Greenwood of Baylis, Illinois; her brothers and sister, Gayle (Linda) Dyer of Jacksonville, Illinois, Adrianna (John) Neece of Princeton, Kentucky and Dale ( Madelin) Dyer of Waukegan, Illinois; her brother and sister-in-law, Ronald Duane (Cindy) Upchurch of Jacksonville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Devin Michael (Cassie Thompson) Watret of Herrin, Illinois, Haley Elaine (Kaleb Koester) Pim of Cutler, Illinois, Matthew Thomas Briley, Joshua David Briley, both of Hecker, Illinois, Kassidy Upchurch of Ashland, Illinois, Mason Wood, Gracie Greenwood and Mattilyn Greenwood, allof Baylis, Illinois; her great-grandchildren, Aubree Jo Ann Pim, Jaxon Ryan Koester, both of Cutler, Illinois and Gabriel Wood of Baylis, Illinois; her best friend, Debbie (David) Horne; her dog, Molly; her cat, Zoey, nieces, nephews and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Gary Upchurch to help with expenses.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 3:00 P.M. at The Upper Room Church, 7535 North Illinois Street, Caseyville, Illinois.
The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is assisting the family.
