Anna Marie Miller

Anna Marie Miller of Columbia, Illinois, formerly of St. Louis, Missouri entered eternal rest on Friday, June 1, 2012 at Columbia Rehab and Nursing Center having attained the age of 82 years, 5 months and 9 days.

Born in Quaker City, Ohio on June 22, 1925, she was the daughter of Homer and Anna, nee Miller, Hall. She was united in marriage to Arthur F. Miller on June 9, 1946 in Quaker City, Ohio and he preceded her in death on January 20, 2011.

Mrs. Miller was a long time biology teacher at Bayless High School in St. Louis, Missouri.

Preceding her in death besides her husband, Arthur, were her parents and a daughter, Pamela Ann Miller.

Surviving are her son, Arthur F. (Deborah) Miller of St. Louis, Missouri; her brothers, Homer (Joan) Hall of Rockford, Ohio, Cecil (Frances) Hall and Vernon (Eileen) Hall, both of Quaker City, Ohio; two grandchildren, Jessica Miller and Brian Miller, nieces, nephews and many friends.

All services will be private. Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice and will be received at the funeral home. The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
