Alan Kenneth Lavalee of Cahokia, Illinois passed away on Saturday, April 20, 2013 at his home having attained the age of 51 years, 1 month and 2 days.

Born in Long Beach, California on March 18, 1962, he was the son of Robert K. and Lorraine, nee Neiser, Lavalee.

Mr. Lavalee was a sou chef.
Preceding him in death were his mother, Lorraine Lavalee and his brother, Brian Robert Lavalee on November 1, 2011.
Surviving are his father, Robert K. Lavalee of Cahokia, Illinois, his children, Charlie Lavalee, Sam Lavalee and Mary Lavalee all of the state of Washington; his brothers, Wayne Lavalee of California and John (Kari) Lavalee of Ohio; his nieces and nephews, Maggie Lavalee, Tony Lavalee and Erica Lavalee.

All services will be private. The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is in charge of arrangements.
