Jo Ann Moore

Jo Ann Moore of Columbia, Illinois entered eternal rest on Thursday, April 27, 2017 at her home, having attained the age of 72 years and 10 days.
Born in Granite City, Illinois on April 17, 1945, she was the daughter of Malcolm and Shirlee Moore, Sr., nee Wells.
Jo Ann was a retired video producer and a member of the Lions Club.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
Surviving are her partner of 5 years, William Lee Levin of Columbia, Illinois; his children, Steven Lee Levin of Columbia, Illinois and Brad William Levin of Dupo, Illinois; her brother, Malcolm (Susan) Moore, Jr. of Decatur, Illinois; her nephews and nieces, Kevin (Katharine McKearn) Moore of Webster Groves, Missouri, Stephen (Colleen Bohlin) Moore of Chicago, Illinois and Sarah (Michael) Montgomery of Charlotte, North Carolina; her great-nieces and nephew, Margaret Montgomery, Owen Montgomery, both of Charlotte, North Carolina and Ella Moore of Webster Groves, Missouri and many friends.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
The Creason Funeral Home in Millstadt, Illinois is assisting the family.
